When your on the system with appointments - very good. As you know getting appointments etc and problem.
Complete satisfaction on all counts
I emailed audiolgy less than 24 hours beforehand, offered an appointment available, due to a cancellation, just 20 hours later. I arrived at audiology 5 mins before my appointment and was called only 15 minutes later. I was dealt with excellently with the audiologist and left entirely satisfied.

I was told to wait several hours for a blood test. I proposed going home and waiting for a phone call with the result. If a prescription was necessary it could be emailed to my GP. I was told this was not possible.
This is ludicrous.
